PENGARUH VARIASI DIAMETER INTI BETON POROUS TERHADAP KUAT TEKAN DAN PERMEABILITAS PAVING BLOCK KOMPOSIT BERBASIS SELF-COMPACTING CONCRETE

Pertumbuhan pesat infrastruktur perkotaan telah secara signifikan mengurangi kemampuan infiltrasi air alami sehingga meningkatkan limpasan permukaan dan risiko banjir perkotaan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan paving block komposit berbasis Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC) dengan inti beton porous untuk meningkatkan kapasitas struktural sekaligus kemampuan infiltrasi air. Penelitian bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh variasi diameter inti beton porous terhadap kuat tekan dan permeabilitas paving block komposit. Benda uji berbentuk heksagonal dengan ketebalan 100 mm dan variasi diameter inti beton porous sebesar 1½”, 2”, 2½”, dan 3” serta benda uji beton normal SCC dan porous. Penelitian menggunakan 6 variasi benda uji dengan masing-masing 3 sampel sehingga total benda uji sebanyak 18 spesimen. Perancangan campuran beton porous mengacu pada ACI 522R, sedangkan campuran SCC mengacu pada ACI 211 dan EFNARC. Pengujian meliputi densitas, permeabilitas, dan kuat tekan pada umur 28 hari. Variasi diameter 1½” menunjukkan keseimbangan performa terbaik dengan kuat tekan sebesar 44,88 MPa dan permeabilitas sebesar 2,66 mL/s. Secara umum, paving block komposit berbasis SCC mampu mengintegrasikan kapasitas struktural dan kemampuan infiltrasi air sehingga berpotensi diterapkan sebagai material perkerasan berkelanjutan di kawasan perkotaan.
