JRS upgraded to OJS 3

Today (March 7, 2025), we successfully upgraded the Open Journal System (OJS) used by the Jurnal Rekayasa Sipil. The old OJS version 2 was successfully upgraded to OJS 3.3.

This change caused a change in the paper submission process, adjusting to the new OJS. We conducted several tests, and articles with the old OJS can be accessed properly, including opening the paper's PDF file. However, we found the appearance of strange characters in the writing in the abstract and bibliography of the paper.

We are still making improvements to this new OJS. We are redesigning the JRS web appearance and adding navigation menus lost due to the upgrade process. We are also still trying and looking for problems due to this OJS upgrade.
In general, the publishing process can run again. We are starting to process the March 2025 edition.
